Well-being has been correlated with an individual's general outlook-on-life, emotional balance, and engagement in the work place. This scale provides insight into "flourishing" that can be analyzed from the perspective of workplace engagement.

Below are 8 statements with which you may agree or disagree. Using the 1-7 scale below, indicate your agreement with each item by indicating that response for each statement.
